Where wandering meets wonder.
Therapy does not look the same for everyone because life does not look the same for everyone. At Wild Wonder Counseling, services are tailored to the person, relationship, or family in the room and what you need in this particular season of life.

Sometimes life becomes heavier than we realize until we have been carrying it for far too long. Individual therapy offers a space that is entirely yours to slow down, sort through what you are experiencing, and better understand yourself along the way.
Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship changes, grief, divorce, parenting stress, major life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can help you build awareness, develop practical tools, and begin creating a life that feels more like your own.

Being a teenager means figuring out who you are while navigating school, friendships, family, relationships, expectations, and emotions that can sometimes feel overwhelming.
Therapy gives teens a space of their own to talk openly, learn to understand and regulate their emotions, build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, and work through the challenges they are facing with the support of a trusted adult outside of their everyday world.

Relationships can be both a source of incredible connection and one of the places we experience our deepest hurt.
Couples counseling provides space to slow down the patterns that keep creating conflict and begin understanding what is happening underneath them. Together, we can work on communication, connection, trust, boundaries, conflict resolution, and navigating changes within your relationship.
The goal is not to decide who is right or wrong. It is to help you better understand yourselves, each other, and the relationship you are creating together.

Sometimes the relationship between a parent and child needs a little extra care.
Parent and child sessions can provide a supportive space to strengthen connection, improve communication, understand behavioral or emotional concerns, and work through changes or stressors affecting the family. Rather than focusing solely on what a child needs to "fix," we look at the relationship, the environment around them, and what both parent and child may need to feel heard, understood, and connected.
